Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Decide three things you can do in a moment of challenge to bring the feeling of flow and peace within. Following the challenge make a list of at least one to five things you learned about you and how you raised your heart’s guidance to lead the way.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take an in-depth look at all the opposites you experience during challenges (from flow to not flow, from peace to not peace, etc.). For every observation bring one heart-felt neutral thought and identify the growth that can take place from within you to bring forth more of that heart-felt neutral thought in your day-to-day.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the transformations, expansions, ah ha moments, and all inner growth aspects you experience when you are going through a challenge with inner flow and peace. Write one to three things (ideas that come to mind) others can do to acquire the same growth of inner flow and peace, but from their essence and heart, their unique consciousness and life experience.
