Write out the information you are starting your exploration from and how you envision moving beyond that starting point based on the information the essence of you, your heart, and inner core provides you throughout your contemplation.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: In every starting point you acknowledge it’s time to find the depths of the duality in them and bring forth the neutrality unconditional love can bring forth to get you to pursue further heights in your inner growth journey. Write about the process of finding neutrality in the duality, the emotions that you process, and the refocus from heart that helps you to bring forth your higher, loving, and wise self into the mix.
