Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take something you see as an obstacle and explore your thought process and emotions on the situation. Choose one to three things you can do to work with your thoughts and bring forth unconditional love to the situation.  Journal about how this transforms the “obstacle” along the way and use this experience with other obstacles moving forward.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality in the obstacles you face (the “good and bad” or “right and wrong”, etc.) and acknowledge the choice you’re being faced with of what you’re meant to let go of, accept, and be ok with from the heart to face the situation with neutrality in your heart so that you may move beyond it completely.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the ‘aha moments’ you get when you’re now faced with an “obstacle” in life. Write about at least one to three things that stand out the most from the heart and mind, and what they teach you about you and the world around you.
