Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make an initial list of the perceptions you have on your inner self. Throughout your days take notice of the items on your list and add new explorations you have of these as you raise your consciousness to them and pursue inner growth in the moment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality in your perceptions of your inner self (those things you judge or define with any limit) and bring forth the neutrality you need from your heart to see the bigger picture and go beyond the duality into endless territory of what you’ll explore of those perceptions of your inner self moving forward with inner growth.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Take note of the people that bring forth ideas and interactions that get you to gain access at a deeper level of your perception on your inner self. List one to three things you learn and what inner growth takes place, as well as the new ways you have gained from this experience to process future situations.
