Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 197 – Discipline Isn’t Any Harder Than Repeat Cycles

Exploring how discipline isn’t any harder than repeat cycles and why this is important to acknowledge to bring forth the life you want (from within and “without”); how an inner growth journey and mindset lead you to discipline in a way that is effortless because it’s in tune with the essence of you, your heart, and all that you are and do (in your day-to-day) before you even become aware that you’ve embarked on this way; and how discipline breaks those repeat cycles once and for all for those who choose to pursue inner growth, lead with heart, the essence of them, and tap in to their higher unlimited potential with every “repeat cycle” that comes their way.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: To every repeat cycle you wish to overcome in your overall life and day-to-day situations, decide one to three things you will do consistently until you are able to overcome this repeat cycle. Journal about your experience with this disciplined way of facing repeat cycles and how bringing forth your heart and unconditional love (to all involved) help to neutralize the cycles too.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Look to the opposite of the discipline you bring forth to break your repeat cycles and notice if you hold any sort of judgment, weight, resistance or not flow feelings; then describe these thoughts and feelings (as extensively as possible). With this description in front of you, choose one way you can bring forth neutrality to these thoughts and feelings (that you wrote about) for a complete transformation of them from deep within you (at the deepest levels of your inner core and essence, subconscious, unconscious, etc.).

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Track what new perspectives and insights come to you on discipline to lead a life with unconditional love towards self, others, uncertainty and the unknown, and leading more and more with heart, flow, the essence of you, trust and awe at the experience of life you chose and continue to consciously choose for yourself through the disciplined ways you are using alongside your inner growth journey and mindset.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
