Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 164 – Finding Your Inner Motivation

Exploring finding your inner motivation; why inner growth helps you find it, expand it and tune out the external noises that say otherwise; the constructive ways external inputs can have in your pursuits, once your inner motivation is brought about solely by you; and how only you can define your motivation from the heart, your inner core, the essence of you; that is, only, if you finally give it the voice and recognition it should have for you (consciously and in your life).

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to take a look at your inner motivations from a month that’s gone by. Do this by writing about the areas you feel were high and/or lacking in motivation.  Decide on three things you can do to work through the lows by bringing the highs to them in the moment.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Explore the opposites that happen when inner motivation is low; find the clash between your heart-felt belief and what is happening in the external. Think of one to three ways you can keep your belief, while working through the external to surpass any obstacles that are holding you still at the moment.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you find your inner motivation is having some ups and downs, write about what goes through your mind. Later on, review what you wrote, and expand your consciousness to include other types of perspectives to the situation that can add creatively to your inner growth process as well.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
