Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Keeping An Open Heart After It’s Been Broken
Exploring keeping an open heart after it’s been broken; how inner growth assists you in doing this; why it’s important to identify all the ways and deeper levels of the defense mechanisms that take place from within due to hurt and fear; how the gender divide requires neutrality and harmony to transform it into knowledge from the heart and not perpetuating divide that brings fear or holds you back; and how it’s only a true open heart that can connect you at a heart level with all, allowing you and others to know it’s ok to be vulnerable.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Start a journal with a list and description of things you do with an open heart and with a closed heart. Notice in time how to identify when you are doing things from a closed heart so that you can bring forth characteristics, actions, traits, thoughts, etc. from an open heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Go to the deeper layers of your defense mechanisms by noticing the divides that take place when contemplating an open heart where a feeling of powerlessness is present. Find your neutral unconditional loving place and apply it to the divide to bring forth a new perspective and replace powerlessness with empowerment from a place of love.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you notice you are in need of more information to widen the present perspective you have on if you are doing things with an open heart or if deeper fears are still present take the time to look for different guidance and then journal about everything you find, while also applying your thoughts to the information you’ve gathered. When you arrive at your ah ha moment, journal about that experience too so that you may use it for future assistance in open heart situations.
