Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of all the judgements you hold as situations come up that challenge you. Identify one or two judgments that you want to move beyond in how you explore them and in time notice how this transforms the challenge, as well as how you feel about it.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Look for your signs of duality and the limits that come with this dual (yes or no) judgement. From the heart find the hidden meaning between both sides and then bring forth one neutral thought to transform your duality into a third option.  You can do this ongoingly with any particular challenge that you notice repeats itself in time.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you face a challenge that brings to your consciousness limiting ideas on the situation at hand, become the observer and learner you are (from the heart), and identify with neutrality and love those limits so that you may go beyond them (thanks to your conscious acknowledgment of them and your awareness of the limits they represent). List two to three new ideas that come to mind as you contemplate the challenge from a place of love.
