- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Track how you use your intuition in specific areas of your life. Once you have enough information to get a good idea of what things you find positive and what not, take the time to think of one to three things you can do that bring in more positives and transform the not so positives.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Now that you have more self-awareness in the moment and are able to raise your consciousness to your inner core and heart when things are taking place, pause to explore what inner dynamics go on when opposites, conflicts, or doubts arise. Notice them separately from your intuition so that you may differentiate between the two in the moment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about using your intuition wisely and how you differentiate between wisdom from the heart and disconnect from wisdom in moments of fear or resistance. Also, write about how you work through those moments of disconnect from wisdom thanks to pursuing inner growth and describe the transformation that takes place.
