- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you notice you’re getting frustrated for set expectations that don’t come through, find some time to think about the exact frustrations and replace them with trust in what you’ll do next to keep moving forward and trust in the flow of life to bring forth lessons. For every frustration you explore write down one thing you learned about yourself to add to your trust in the flow of life with a concrete example of how it brought about growth from within.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your inner growth journey you want to find the doubt and fears that come from your set expectations not being met. Also look to describe the feelings that arise as a consequence of the situation you’re experiencing. Next, find two to three ways you’re going to release control and doubt and instead, replace them with flow and trust from the heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Any time you catch yourself losing focus from flow and so feeling resistance as set expectations don’t come through, take five to ten minutes to bring your focus back to trust and flow. Use two to three things you have come across throughout the years of your inner growth journey to grow your inner trust, life trust, and joy of being in the flow of life.
