Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Achieve More Without Having To Try So Hard
Exploring how to achieve more without having to try so hard; what this means through inner growth, both the journey and the mindset; how raising your consciousness to your inner core, heart, the essence of you, and body help to achieve more without the hard long-term; why it’s important to explore the hard from the heart if you’re going to replace with the light; what this all means for your quality of life; for your job or career or entrepreneurial successes and purpose-driven, heart-felt pursuits and achievements; as well as your finding and tapping into your unlimited potential; and why this is so important to your emotional state of being as well.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you think of wanting to achieve more bring forth two things to your immediate awareness: first, notice what your body is feeling like as you thought about wanting to achieve more and second, understand from the heart (so pay attention to that inner core feeling, the essence of you feeling, your gut/intuition feeling) what this achieve more is actually about (start this exploration from the heart by asking yourself why you want to achieve more and seeing what answers come up). With this habit at the forefront of every “achieve more” thought you have, next is to add two to three ideas of what you can do to replace the hard you put into achieving more (resistance, self-doubt, time limits/expectations, etc.), with the light you can put into it instead (self-trust, trust in life, being in the now, going with the flow, etc.).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For you at this point in your journey, you’re able to notice when you’re bringing in the hard and have found ways to stay in balance between pursuing your heart when it comes to achieving more, but also not bringing in all the hard; but now it’s time to go even further and dig deep into the deep inner core layers of you where there are unconscious feelings and/or thoughts of self-judgement and/or areas of control that are still taking place. Make a list of the things you find through your heart-to-heart talks and find one to two ways you’re going to work on letting go of these, replace with self-trust and self-love by asking yourself if you’re going to trust your inner core, your heart, and the essence of you to always lead you well or not.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: It’s up to you at this point in your inner growth journey to bring the flow feeling to consciousness, in the moment, and in your heart; every time you are distracted by the hard that comes from not being in the flow, living in the now, and trusting your inner core, heart, the essence of you to be able and always achieve more and to be achieving more even when it seems not to be the case. You’ll know exactly when you’ll need to do this since your body will be communicating all opposite feelings to the flow, which through your body awareness (consciousness of it) you won’t be able to ignore, not notice.
