Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: In those tough times where everything seems to be weighing you down take some time to sit with your feelings and make a list of all those things that are bringing about the weighed down feeling. Go through them one by one and bring forth a thought of self-confidence and trust from the heart, as well as one proactive solution you can take to move forward from the situation and/or worry, concern, problem, etc.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Now that you have awareness of those areas that typically worry you and/or create concern; in your tough moments it’s time to find the weight that comes from self-judgment, control, expectations, and replace these with unconditional self-love and understand, self-trust, and trust in life to allow the flow and lighter feelings to come in. As you do this write down any solutions that come to mind for the problems, challenge, situation you’re facing that requires action on your end.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you instinctively search (at this point in your inner growth journey) for the areas of self-trust and life-trust you need to bring to focus and work with; also take notice in these tough moments: the ah ha moments you gain from within for your next steps in inner growth through conscious form (awareness), write them down to keep them in mind, and decide on a couple of ways you will continue pursuing your chosen path with the situation at hand, while also going with the flow of life.
