Exploring how to break free and move forward through inner growth; why as you discover that the world around you doesn’t have to define you for you to express the full essence of you in it and to be a part of it, you are finally able to break free from those world-defined limits and old habits that keep you from unleashing your unlimited potential and heart-driven purpose; how this expanded approach and mindset gets you to also appreciate all that comes your way, hold that neutrality in duality perspective, openness and learning in all that comes by, and raising your consciousness to this appreciation in the moment; and how it is through an inner growth mindset that you bring forth the heart of you the essence of you because you no longer silence it, but instead you learn about it and start embracing your power for transformation, self-love, unconditional love for all, and the pursuit of what you feel from your heart is your unique purpose of existence.

- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: As you look to bring forth your heart-felt purpose through your life, different projects, and relationships, start writing about areas where you feel you are being held back. Make a list of what they are in a couple words and identify two to three ways you can work with yourself and the external (what things you have to accept to bring it forth in the system/society at hand) to find the perfect balance.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your journey you’re looking to release areas of control, continue growing self-love and removing any insecurities that are shown through your need to gain social validation/approval from the external. As you notice those blocks in your day-to-day look to your heart to know what you’re meant to make peace with and a perspective that allows you to accept, while move forward in your journey to bring forth the heart-felt purpose project or decision you’re pursuing.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Make a list of the things you’ve broken free from that were holding you back from becoming the full expression of your heart-felt purpose. For all the things you list, write next to each how you brought unconditional love into the picture, what helped you gain neutrality in duality, and what jumped out as your identifier that you had broken free from that limit. Use this information to be of support to those who come to you with similar limits in their lives to express their heart-felt purpose that they’re trying to break free from.
