Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: It’s Not What Others Say, It’s What You Believe
Exploring how it’s what you believe that leads the way, no matter what others say; in what ways inner growth gets you to become completely aware of what you believe; how taking a neutral stance on belief and criticism can bring about insights that add to your world and the innovative ideas you gain for projects and pursuing your higher potential; and the importance of accepting that others have their own beliefs, it’s not up to you to convince them or put your energy into convincing them.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Write about you’re the emotions you get depending on what others say to you that is not in favor of what you believe when it comes to your goals, personal views, and way of life. Each emotion you list identify where you can grow your self-belief from the heart; how that belief can work with the external, while continuing to pursue your dreams; and any other aspect that stands out to you in the emotions you feel, which show something you can work on to transform.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point of your inner growth journey it’s about raising your consciousness and awareness to letting go of trying to prove your belief in circumstances where others have criticism, judgement or unsupportive words to share. Every time you notice you’re defending your position write out three reasons why you only need to believe in what you believe to pursue your goals, dreams and way of life. Also, write at least one thing to remind you that each person has the right to their own belief and is on their own unique journey (whether on an inner growth one that inspires higher potential and unconditional love or not).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: With the inner growth mindset as your starting point when being in this stage of your journey, you are going to be focusing on learning to communicate your belief with inner calm and openness from the heart when hearing what others say (whether criticism, judgement, and unsupportive words). This can take place in the moment or after the situation has taken place. So, as soon as you can, you want to take the time to notice what more you learned about your belief from your inner core thanks to the situation; what you learned about the external’s belief that will help you creatively communicate in a better way moving forward; and anything else that stood out for what more you can transform to growth from the heart for your life and the world around us.
