Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you find yourself in tough situations with confusion arising in staying true to yourself take some time to take a look at how the tough situations are affecting you emotionally. List how these emotions are impacting your confusion with staying true to yourself and then decide one to two ways you are going to bring harmony to your emotions from within so that you may continue staying true with yourself and resolve the true essence of the confusion that the tough situations were bringing about.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: You want to identify all and any areas of control or not going with the flow, trusting life to be at your side when you are faced with tough situations that challenge you staying true to yourself. Decide one way you are going to work on letting go of control in the moment, face and resolve your fears by exploring them with an inner growth mindset, and go with the flow by trusting life and reminding you that you trust you and are staying true to yourself (thanks to the knowledge you have of your inner core, your heart, the essence of you).

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As soon as you realize you’re dealing with a situation that requires you to contemplate staying true to yourself while transforming the ‘tough’ things that are happening into the inner growth opportunities (you know they really are), identify two to three main areas of focus to start exploring from within and through a raising of consciousness of you and the external (in the moment). Those areas of focus that you’ll be honing in on are the emotions that arise.  You want to identify their deeper layers and meaning; find out what they are really telling you about the areas that you are meant to continue transforming into neutrality.
