Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you’re faced with an emotional challenge that creates a heightened state of ups and downs, take the time to explore how you feel using words that describe your feelings and also look at how your mindset can transform (lighten, refocus, let go of, understand, explore, etc.) those feelings to bring inner balance and love to the challenge (reducing your ups and downs, while giving you knowledge of your inner core).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Pay attention to how you react to unexpected events that challenge your journey. Write about how your mindset is affecting that reaction and what you feel as you explore how your mindset is playing a role in what you’re feeling overall with the unexpected event.  Then decide on one to two things you’re going to bring forth from your inner core (self-love, purpose, intuition) to your mindset to get you to embrace the unexpected versus resist or trying to control it.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Every time you’re faced with a challenge you want to work on expanding your inner growth mindset further so write about two to three things you notice of how you’re thinking about the challenge that feels limited in nature or that you know can be expanded on if you bring your neutrality in duality thought to it and the knowledge that unlimited means no set something, but unknown possibilities. Write about your exploration or record a voice note so that you can listen to it later on and continue building upon it as you pursue an inner growth journey and mindset.
