Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Dealing With Contrasting Views, Challenges, & Inner Conflict
Exploring dealing with contrasting views, challenges, and inner conflict; what you gain from approaching each with an inner growth mindset; how your personal inner growth journey and where you’re at in that journey affect what specific takeaways you’ll experience in the moment; and how as long as awakening to your inner core (heart, the essence of you) and raising your consciousness of you is your priority, focus and purpose of exploration; you’ll always expand your potential and harness more of your true power to lead your life from within, from the heart, the essence of you, and with the unlimited potential you embody.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take the contrasting views, challenges, and/or inner conflict you go through in a week and make a list of the different feelings that arose, the dynamics that played out, and your initial thoughts on the situations. Once you’re done, explore what you wrote with inner growth in mind and find those areas you have an inkling from the heart are the ones you want to dig a bit deeper on to find out what you can do to arrive at inner harmony with them.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your journey you are able to become aware of you in the moment when experiencing contrasting views, challenges, and inner conflict. With this in mind, in the moment, take a break from “reacting” so that you can explore what you’re meant to let go of so that you are open in the moment and become the observer you want to be so that you may learn from the situation at hand, pursue inner growth for your inner core and expressing the essence of you, while resolving any inner conflict that is present in those deeper layers to you.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Every time you are in a situation where contrasting views, challenges and/or inner conflict are a part of the situation bring yourself to go beyond what your initial thoughts are and start noticing the feelings that you are experiencing in the moment. As you do this, what do the feelings tell you about your initial thoughts, and take a break as you explore this to write two to three things that come to mind, things you can bring to your perspective to create more openness to the situation in the moment.
