Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you’re dealing with a hump in life/a challenge, sit down and write the first three to ten things that bring you a feeling of gratitude and thankfulness. Keep the ones that are helpful in time and add new ones to your list as you uncover them from your inner growth exploration and journey.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Write about anything you notice that you’re releasing/letting go of as you face humps in life/challenges with inner growth. From what you write down, list one to three things that are helping you to keep the focus on what you’re releasing/letting go of and use them as strong reminders for moving forward in other humps in life/challenges.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Every time you’re faced with getting over the hump in life/a challenge, write about what your recurring strong reminders are, but also add to the list the feelings you’re working with and how the reminders are helping you transform them, while letting go of those feelings that are holding you back from moving forward (going beyond the hump/challenge).
Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
