Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Create a list of two to five perspectives on any important life related things and throughout the year identify at least one other perspective opposite your own. Every time you find an opposite perspective to yours, take an in-depth look at where your unique perspective comes from.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Every time you are faced with a challenge to one of your unique perspectives, make a list of two to three ways you can let go of the limits you are holding on to while keeping the foundation of the perspective (the inner core, your heart, the essence of you component) – bringing in flexibility to go beyond one set way (limited way).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Make it a habit to identify two to three interesting truths from other people’s unique perspectives (that can add to your inner growth journey and raising of consciousness) on something that is very important to you in life from your inner core, the essence of you and your purpose in life.
