Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Identify two to five external components to the conflicts you experience and turn within (to your inner core, heart, inner voice) and list for each external component what you want that is not taking place, which is causing there to be a conflict with the situation.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify two to five areas of control that you are applying in a conflict scenario and turn within (to your inner core, heart, inner voice) and list for each control component what you want to do to release control and move towards going with the flow.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Identify two to five areas of transformation with a conflict/contrast you are experiencing.  Apply the transformations you see available to the situation in the moment and as many times necessary until you’ve made the complete switch you’re looking for through transformation.
