- Inner Growth Lifestyle Insight of The Day: Moving beyond sluggish is all about you getting to understand your entirety of you from the body, heart and mind and how they work together, but above all how you can work with yourself to achieve a state of being (emotional from an energetic and feeling perspective of course) that you want (in the case of the IHP community – the 5D state of consciousness in self-empowerment with enlightenment and a functional adult compassionate state). First you want to remember that your autonomous nervous system’s defense mechanism response; your three human brains – the gut, heart, and thinking brain; and your neural networks alongside your neuropathways and negative cognitions are all involved in your every day emotion. Without getting to detailed, what is most important for you to keep in mind is to work with the feelings of unconditional love and neutrality, to rhythmically breath to bring your body’s nervous system to a sooth state and to then support you with thinking that moves into an open and neutral space, not angry, not happy, you actually want to walk yourself through all your emotions in a way that leads you to growth and expansion, plus a feeling that at the very least again, stays in flow.
