- Inner Growth Lifestyle Insight of The Day: When you are a 5D self-empowered person, love is always the obvious choice; and not just any love – unconditional love. It is from this state of compassion (body element: you in your ventral vagal state, you in your sooth state – parasympathetic nervous system state, you in your enlightenment higher consciousness state exploring your primary and secondary consciousness) that you know what choice to make and why it is the best for you. That best involves the well-being of all involved, if others are involved. This doesn’t mean you calling the shots or making decisions, it means you knowing how to speak with a voice that uses love, understanding, calm to the best of your ability, and simply you open to conversation, compromises, actions, and moving in a positive direction emotionally and individually. The more you are in compassion with self/ego and accept yourself for who you are – vices and virtues – the more you are in this position for the external too (unknowns of life or human elements and/or people involved). Love is the obvious choice because you are not a wounded and/or adaptive child ego/self, you are a functional adult ego/self who can talk about your emotions and thoughts. You’re not in 3D or 4D states of consciousness, so you are not in a place of fear and thinking you know what the one truth is or what the right thing is for you and others. You don’t live by stereotypes or stigmas; you don’t live with a list of adaptive child items or societal labels, thinking you can state the obvious to all. Your obvious choice is a functional adult ego/self language that includes unconditional love (5D state of consciousness) and the knowledge of co-existence so more than just one “obvious” way and you are always open to exploring those obvious choices with your self/ego and the external.
