Self-defining you involves its own little dance of words and expressions that you share in time, as you evolve and expand those words with yourself through your thinking mind when you are contemplating who you are in moments of inner growth and day-to-day evaluation of whatever it is that caught your attention. In any moment of self-definition, you are not seeking a solution or a problem or a why or a who, you are contemplating the very essence of you that is heart and mind, and body; after all, you are a person and therefore your person (you) is always consciously engaging with the external (with other outside of you – whether it be life or other people). The journey of this type of self-defining is what has gotten you to be yourself, to be empowered from your ego/self in your unique way, to follow your heart, to pursue inner growth, and it is also what is getting you to be even more of you while with others (co-existence with unconditional love and neutrality). It is also why you tap into the infinite higher human potential of you contemplate in your cosmic consciousness, your secondary and primary consciousness in their entirety.
