- Inner Growth Lifestyle Insight of The Day: In a place of centered ego/self as you pursue inner growth daily, you achieve a level of empowerment that is accompanied by neutrality and unconditional love from the mind, heart and body of you. In this modality you experience sorrow with the ability to choose love on all levels of how you interact with life: through your mind, heart and body. As discussed on our podcasts, the nervous system and brain are part of that body element, so rhythmic breathing and an immediate awareness to bring the body element to neutrality is what takes you out of the defense mechanism/flight-fight mode (so to speak). Next comes your exploration from the mind and heart in harmony of your emotional and mental elements (your feelings and thoughts). It is here that you review the human elements involved and the unknown elements and make your way to your unique take from the heart of you (the ego/self of you) and what you want to choose next. This is where the emotion of sorrow is transcended with love for you did not and do not judge it good or bad, you do not stay in duality and claim it has to be something felt harshly, you understand it and tend to your ego/self’s emotional needs. Lastly, with the mind you don’t give a why (unknown elements of life) that is good or bad, once more you transcend duality and go to neutrality and open space, leaving it as what it is: there’s sorrow, but there’s life and you are choosing what to do with that from how you think about it and move on to feel about it. This is a methodology of your acquired inner growth mindset that you apply time and time again, until sorrow is left to be felt for what it is: love – a feeling because you care or cared about something or someone and then whatever happened, happened, and so on.
