- Inner Growth Lifestyle Insight of The Day: When you go within to think and tend to your ego/self’s emotional needs anytime something unloving or unkind comes to mind, you are choosing to be reactive with love towards yourself and the situation. This is because through your inner growth journey, mindset and lifestyle approach, you transform all that is unloving and unkind to opportunities for your expansion and for your tending to the hurt with self-love. You achieve a way of exploring and processing everything life brings your way with a reaction that entails navigating your thoughts – the mental layer – with more than solely your foundation (human elements). You do the same with all your emotions – the emotional layer – and pursue inner peace with all of the feelings. You also take whatever time you need to get to the place of inner harmony with mind and heart. Lastly, your ability to persevere and practice being in a place of love, neutrality, flow and ease from within (mind, heart, body) is daily thanks to your choosing consciously an inner growth journey in life. Time and time again, you go through your day-to-day interactions, tasks, busy days, calm days, and so on with the knowledge that you always grow and gain love from those moments when you choose to be reactive in this way from cosmic consciousness as you explore secondary and primary consciousness.
