- Inner Growth Lifestyle Insight of The Day: When you use inner growth with judgment, you let it guide you, and not define you, others or life. You are able to think outside the box and with your heart, and as you sit with neutrality and unconditional love for self and the external (people or life event) you are able to make important judgment calls while also evaluating all sides of the matter equally. Thanks to doing this, you expand the areas you allow to play a role in your judgment call regarding people or life situations. This gives you the opportunity to decide if there is a need to address actions or approaches that you took in a way that pursues further inner growth and processing of emotions. As you use judgment more and more for yourself in a way that defines how you want to be and behave with people and life, you give the same room and opportunity to others. It’s easier for you to do this because you are not in your ego but you allow yourself to be yourself and work with the ego/self. You are always aware that you are judging from your own ego/self perspectives, which creates room to stop behaving and thinking as if you have lived any day in the shoes (body, life) of another person who has their own ego/self perspective and way of life.
