- Inner Growth Lifestyle Insight of The Day: Change is a unique experience for every person due to the word being applicable in one’s own life through mind, heart, and body. When things change it is always in accordance with what the person experiencing it sees as change. For some change does not happen and for others it is a constant, and still others apply it here and there. No one likes or dislikes change, as much as has emotions and thoughts that contour the event, situation or personal attribute. These create the context of what that “change” is in itself for the person. Through your inner growth journey, you are able to move beyond limiting beliefs such as “people don’t like change” to the realization that a human body, heart and mind is always wanting to ensure your continuation of life; therefore, change is something that it needs to gather information about, to know what is coming, to know how you can adapt, to help you regain a “new” norm to the best of your ability, which involves your mental and emotional states (body – nervous system’s – sense of ease/comfort). It’s not about like or dislike, change or not change; it is about gaining information on something different/new, processing the emotions involved (emotions that are also connect to your identity (ego/self), and then realistically speaking, allowing your person to go through the moment in the best way possible for your inner world, which will always be in a place of comfort for you. This is the case for every human being, for the unknown, which is what change brings, is unknown to the very mind, heart, and body (the person) that is experiencing it.
