- Inner Growth Lifestyle Insight of The Day: As you master working with yourself through unconditional love and neutrality in your inner growth journey (mind, heart, and body), you find that emotions are very easily navigated with this type of conscious focus and choice. Through neutrality you allow the duality of the specific emotional reaction, such as anger, to stand and be explored from the mind (your thoughts) with unconditional love. In this format you are not picking one emotional reaction over another, you are allowing for the reaction itself to get explored for what it is and in doing this you are processing the emotions, so the anger, in a way that allows soothing, not enforcing or increasing. In this state of flow with you, in a moment of anger, you are giving yourself permission to understand the feeling from within you alone. It is in doing this that you take complete ownership and realize you are not subject to your emotional reactions, you can navigate them and work through them with love to get to a different experience and way of dealing with moments of anger (and other emotional reactions).
