The concept of power and strength outside of the physical attributes to these words require a certain stamina of the essence (soul, person, self/ego) of you, alongside a level of perseverance and endurance that can only come when the heart is at ease versus non-presence or stress presence. The journey to your heart is one that through inner growth leads to unconditional love and neutrality in duality that always goes both ways, which is: towards you, your inner person, self/ego, etc. and towards others (people, events, the external, life, the unknown, etc.). The more your heart grows love, the more your power and strength grow from within (throughout all the layers of you as a human, mind and heart, essence and consciousness, etc.) and from without (the external, through your actions, habits, words, decisions, etc.) in a way that leaves you proud to finally be all the human you ever imagined being and to know that you are leaving a mark that will make the difference in this world in the most loving and admirable way possible.
