- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: At the end of each day take five to ten minutes to explore the most frequent thoughts and feelings that you experienced as you got through the day. Decide on one way you’re going to work on the thoughts and feelings you want to grow more of in your day-to-day.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you find recurring thoughts and feelings that keep you in duality take some time to go to a place of unconditional love from the heart and mind, and when you’re centered there, think outside the box on how you can bring neutrality to the thoughts and feelings so that you can experience them as a whole and expand on them.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the different ways your inner growth journey helps you to expand on thoughts and feelings daily, as well as what new elaborations you grow regarding those thoughts and feelings.
