Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Describe (write it down) what the essence of you (the self, your heart, the essence of life that you are, etc.) is to you, and what it holds, feels like and brings to you in your every day. Then, everyday (or as you have time to do this) go to this description and below it list one to three things you do that communicate that essence through your actions, behaviors, job, etc.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Anytime judgement comes forth towards the essence of you and the outside world take the time to raise your consciousness to what hurt is speaking to you. Once identified, bring unconditional self-love and acceptance to your mind, and then write one to three neutral thoughts that resolve, overcome, transform the judgment.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the expansion of the essence of you in your day-to-day life, in all that you feel and think, in all that you do and who you communicate with, and so on. List one to three things you learn about yourself, others, the world, and life, as you continue being able to be in flow with all from the heart and mind.
