Write down one to three ways you can transform your relationship with the aspects that are of concern to you, while you allow self-love and love of life to work with bringing flow and peace to the emotions involved.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you judge your thoughts and emotions as “too much” go in-depth on this judgement and find one to three ways to bring forward a feeling of neutrality, acceptance and flow to lighten the load consciously.
