Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Transforming and Letting Go Of The Hurt Of Aloneness

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of different things that come to mind when you think of aloneness as a topic, as something you’ve experienced, and as something that has hurt you at times. Go through one item you list at a time (particularly when you’re dealing with aloneness and hurt feelings). In one sentence redefine that state of aloneness with a different outlook and unconditional love. Next write down what is in the now, what do you have in that day that you are grateful for, and how does self-love make a difference in this moment for you.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: It’s time to let go of hurt through complete self-love and acceptance of who you are. Write about how you respect and love others, how you accept that there is an outside world you live in and then there’s your inner world. Now, with the inner world, go to the specific thing that is hurting in this moment of aloneness and identify three ways you can be the one to heal it with love for self, love for your life, and love for the things you enjoy creating each day through your unique you and outlook.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Write about anything that stands out in moments of aloneness that are still connected to the notion of hurt. List how this notion is different now that you no longer see or feel aloneness in the same way you used to and notice what other inner growth insights come to mind as you do this.
