Exploring helping people you love from afar; dealing with unknowns of the situation or disconnect; acceptance of love and connection with how things are; pursuing inner growth as you find a way to help from a distance; acknowledging aspects outside of you that are not in your control; and processing feeling helpless based on your heart-felt beliefs within.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any loved one you wish to help from afar list different ways you’re going to do this and the feelings you experience as you do this.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you spot judgement towards a situation that created distance between you and a loved one, take those judgements and decide on one to three ways you can bring neutrality to the judgement and identify one new way you can help the person from afar.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about all you learn about yourself and the loved one you continuously help from a distance. If there’s any evolution with the distance component or feelings, expand on them in your journal entry.
