- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: At the end of each day, write about how you focused on the goodness you want to bring forth for you and the world. Also, write about what else you focused on in the day and mark if it was something that added to your pursuits or not.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Now that you have a pretty good idea of how much focus you hold for your pursuits and for things that don’t affect your pursuits at all, start looking for ways to refocus your vision of goodness for you and the world to your personal projects and day-to-day life experiences only. Anytime you find yourself focusing on something that is not yours, explore why you’re taking this time to focus on this and how does it actually help or add to your pursuit in any way.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about what new ways you are learning to interact with others and talk about the goodness you see for you and in the world. Track how you pursue transforming the conversations you hold so that they may always have unconditional love in the forefront and expansion of life experiences in positive ways for all involved.
