Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Where you find judgement on things that don’t make you happy in life take the time to bring forth neutrality, unconditional love, and commit to transforming these things into something that brings inner growth and happiness in life (this can mean removing yourself from certain situations, conversations, and people).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the newfound ways you find your commitment to happiness in life unfolding. List one to three things that stand out and also describe what inner growth they bring to you.
