- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find how you judge your limiting habits and list one to three things that are loving and neutral toward them. Next decide on one way you can find harmony from the heart and mind as you continue to try and transform these habits into something you want for your quality of life from the heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the inner growth that comes from continuing to raise your consciousness to and awareness of habits you know are meant to help you go beyond in your ascension, awakening from the heart, journey.
