Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you are met with inner conflict decide on one to three things you can do to bring forth inner growth; and journal about how focusing on inner growth shifts your awareness in the moment, and what it shifts it to.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: With where you are in your inner growth journey you can identify at least two clear shifts in awareness when you experience inner conflict. Write about these shifts and add one to three new things you are able to shift your awareness to with neutrality from the heart in the forefront.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Once a month make a mini list and journal entry on the expansion your shift in awareness takes as inner growth becomes more and more integral in the way you explore things.
