Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take a look at a choice you’ve made from the heart and break it down into the depths of the reasons and feelings it held. Notice if there are any elements of fear, uncertainty, doubt, not flow, and so on. With those aspects in mind, think of one to three ways you can clear them out when making future choices from the heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality in your choices from the heart and bring forth one to five impartial and neutral thoughts to each side of the dual components (example “good vs bad”, “pros vs cons”, etc.). Journal about how this clears the way for flowing heart-felt choices and healing of deep wounds or hurts or fears, etc.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Track what transformations take place in your consciousness every time you make a pure inner growth and neutral heart-felt choice. Make a list of what stands out the most and expand on each item in a way that helps you to continue tapping in to your unlimited potential through thought, mindset, consciousness and emotions, feelings, flow, and so on.
