Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of all life’s moments that give you a high, that feeling of flow, love, and that anything is possible. Whenever you’re working on making one of these life moments a consistent in your life, write out one to three ways you can ground them (make them practical, test what can work with the external as is, work within the system and rules you have to abide by, testing different ways to bring forth a positive outcome with what can work in your world).

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For you it’s all about letting go completely of duality from within and without (the external). Any grounding that you feel weighs you down, makes you feel limited, and/or seems so “awful”, take time daily to bring forth the inner wounds and hurts that you’re meant to mend with your self-love, acceptance of what is as is, and think through your life highs of some creative and loving ways you can work with grounding to bring forth the expression of the essence of you as is, but blending it with the way the world works.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about every grounding and high activity that you experience on a daily basis or monthly, whenever the time arises. Review your entries and notice what stands out the most from this experience for inner growth and tapping into your higher unlimited potential.
