Exploring perfect timing in all that you do; looking back on the time passed to find the growth, additions, lessons, and all that brings more to all that you do; how inner growth also takes place and participates in this outlook in a way that helps you to remove judgement or filters that hide the perfect timing aha moments and lessons; and in what ways this raising of consciousness and awareness to perfect timings make the life experiences you have even in your day-to-day and long-term, that much more amazing and full of learning, growth, and love of self, others, and life moments.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Pick one thing that comes to mind that you worked on or are in the process of working toward and make a timeline of important events that took place in pursuit of its completion or will take place as you pursue its completion.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the elements of judgement that you are applying on the time frame (it’s taking) for the completion of things you work on. Bring forth one to three neutral and loving thoughts to replace the judgement and see the perfect timing of all the events that took place and will take place up until the completion of the thing you’re working on.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about how you grow your awareness of the perfect timing in all the things that you do in your day-to-day, short term and long-term goals. Also, track at least one major event that reveals how all the small events are in perfect timing in leading to the major perfect timing moment of something you’re working on.
