Ask yourself questions of why you’re doing what you’re doing, or feeling a certain way, how you’re handling that specific moment, and so on. Decide on one thing you’d like to work on to bring forth something new to the moment and your way of handling or experiencing it.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For you it’s about noticing the duality in how you deal, work through, experience life moments. Observe this in at least one daily interaction and bring forth the neutrality to the opposites (“good” “bad”) to transform them by recognizing the need for the two to have come together so that you have the opportunity to make a conscious choice.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the new expansions (what you see, ways of thinking, an observation) that come to be every time you raise your consciousness to you in a moment of life (throughout the day). Expand on one to three things that stand out and what more they can bring forth to your inner growth journey.
