  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Describe what inner freedom and flow look like for you when you think back on the year that has passed. From that description, in the year ahead, find one to three ways to bring forth the same inner freedom and flow in moments where there is a lack of that inner freedom and flow you want to bring forth in your day-to-day life.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find all that is duality in your vision of what inner freedom and flow look like. Whatever you tend to judge not in favor of inner freedom and flow, look at with neutrality by taking a step back and seeing the bigger picture.  Write about one to three ways the opposites are what actually can bring to choosing inner freedom and flow.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your pursuit of expanding your inner freedom and flow in moments of the opposite, and to humanity at large. Write about three things that stand out the most every time you journal about an experience.
