Exploring how accepting with heart means many things; a look at what these “many things” can be with inner growth in mind along the acceptance that comes from the heart; how accepting with heart for real and at the deepest level is a journey that you take when you’re completely conscious of you, your heart, your inner core, and all that is you with honesty on all matters; and what you can expect at the different inner growth levels with this acceptance from the heart on the different things that there will be to consciously choose on along your inner growth journey.

Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Accepting With Heart Means Many Things

 

Exploring how accepting with heart means many things; a look at what these “many things” can be with inner growth in mind along the acceptance that comes from the heart; how accepting with heart for real and at the deepest level is a journey that you take when you’re completely conscious of you, your heart, your inner core, and all that is you with honesty on all matters; and what you can expect at the different inner growth levels with this acceptance from the heart on the different things that there will be to consciously choose on along your inner growth journey.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Define what it means for you to accept with heart and pay close attention to what you feel in your heart when you’re truly accepting something (no judgement, no intent, no personal needs, complete and total neutrality with the presence of unconditional love and flow of life). Keep the definition and feeling in mind to guide you on when you’re not accepting something with heart that you will want to explore from within.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Notice your heart’s tug of wars (those strings that pull, that resistance in the chest feeling, etc.) with things that are not yet completely accepted at the heart level. Find the divides, judgements, resistance to flow, etc.  and journal or think through these, as well as the feelings that arise.  Next bring forth the unconditional love that can heal the “tug of wars” from within (your inner core and heart), as well lead to the true acceptance of others as they are and those things as they are.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Explore every moment you are accepting with heart situations that initially bring about that feeling that you know indicates this thing requires you to go within, open your heart, raise your consciousness to you and what’s going on, and arrive at a place of neutrality and flow, a conscious choosing of learning what there is to learn and bringing forth the true acceptance from the heart that leads to the lesson.
