Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you contemplate moments of vulnerability make a list of the things you learn about yourself during that contemplative moment. As you ponder different things, decide on one to three things you can apply (through focus, mindset, emotions, etc.) to bring forth growth from within and abundance of love to that vulnerability.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find your contrasts (opposites, duality, etc.) in moments of vulnerability. Take an in-depth (inner core, depths of your being and heart) look at the contrasts to find what needs more of your self-love, neutrality, gratitude, and other life appreciation reminders.  As you do this, write about the inner growth ah ha moments you have

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the moments of vulnerability you experience and how you gain more knowledge of you, life, and the world as you apply new mindsets (expanded focus, perceptions, new thoughts, etc.) that go beyond what you know to be your perception in the moment.
