Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Releasing Emotional Attachment
Exploring releasing emotional attachment; what’s the difference between keeping the emotion, but not the attachment; how inner growth gets you to consciously differentiate between the two and choose emotional flow; and what this means for how you live emotional experiences, as well as expand on them.
Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Identify two to three attachments an emotional moment you’re going through has and look to different ways you can release the attachments from the heart. As you go through the process, write about what stands out the most in the difference you experience with the emotional moment (in the absence of and/or as you release attachments).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality in the attachments you identify when going through an emotional moment. For each duality you spot bring forth one to two neutral aspects that bring flow of emotion for both sides of the attachment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you spot the attachment to an emotional situation (in the moment), find two to three areas where you see the potential for expansion from a perspective and mindset aspect. Think of one to two completely new perspectives and/or mindsets that you can apply to release the attachment while allowing the emotions to flow.
Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
