- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Anytime you are facing struggle decide on two to three different focus areas to shift towards. Write about what these different shifts in focus bring to the situation and get you to learn about yourself.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: At this point in your inner growth journey you’re able to shift focus in moments of struggle to the emotional components going on at the deeper level of your inner core and heart. Write about what stands out the most and make a list of the different emotions you identify. In time look to different ways to bring forth a shift in emotion through unconditional love towards self and others.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you consciously observe all the components and different areas of focus going on when you’re working through struggle, bring forth a new perspective and exploration of the emotional things that you notice are at play.
