Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take the time to explore what role your perspective plays in moments of intuition. Write about at least three perspectives you come across and notice in time how they continue to play a role in your intuition now that you’re aware of them.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Look for the opposites in the perspectives you notice come up with your moments of intuition. Make an effort to bring about a neutral stance to them the next time they come up in a moment of intuition and see how this affects the situation, as well as your inner growth.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s about including added perspectives to yours when moments of intuition take place. Journal about how the process of adding something outside of your initial perspective is and what expansion takes place as you do this time and time again.
