Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: There’s Always Something You Can Do, If You Believe
Exploring how there’s always something you can do, if you believe; how inner growth gets you to know your heart on what you believe exactly and the fears and/or hurts that hold you back from believing from the heart; the difference it makes to believe from the heart, to awaken to you and also to how harmony with the external brings forth things we can do together as a community and for our complete expression of the uniqueness we can add to our world; how unconditional love towards self and others in what you believe and what you’re aiming to do is needed to bring forth the best outcome for all; and why it’s so important to know from the heart, that there’s always something you can do when you believe in yourself, your fellow humans, and your world.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a monthly list of one to three things you believe in that you want to pursue to make an impact for the benefit of your person and your community in a way that brings forth unconditional love, abundance, and/or something positive for quality of life. Find one to two ways you can bring harmony to the complete expression of you through what you do as you pursue what you’ve decided on, as well as in respect of others who are opposite your belief and pursuits.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Explore in what ways your beliefs on what you can do to bring about change clash (conflict or are met with resistance) with others. Then find one to three ways you can bring about harmony from within on how you approach those things to meet the needs of the way the world around you works (to be able and pursue realistically those changes you know will benefit the world).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Take some time to write weekly entries on the interactions you have regarding things you’ve decided in time that you want to bring forth to affect change that helps others awaken to their inner self, their heart and purpose in life, the essence of them, conscious living and so on. Identify two to three things that stand out about that week in your personal inner growth awakening, as well as the collective’s inner growth awakening.
