Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: For every time you feel unwanted, identify one to three things that are happening in the situation at hand. For each thing you list, choose one way you’re going to provide that self-love and in doing so resolve the feeling unwanted.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Knowing that feeling unwanted is connected to unconditional love for your person from your inner core, when faced with feeling unwanted take the time to uncover one to two inner core conflicts/hurts that you have yet to completely resolve. Set out to try a couple ways that you are going to pursue letting go of conflict/hurt and substitute with unconditional love.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you raise your consciousness to the inner growth takeaways of situations where feeling unwanted arises, create a list of the deep emotional inner core topics that keep emerging. For every listed item, write down at least one way you’re going to continue working on the transformation you want to see with it.
